Warranty

Gulfcoast Surveillance systems and Storekeeper™ servers are not warranted as security systems, but are offered as remote management tools only. THE REMEDIES EXPRESSED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE. Warranty coverage will not be extended for repairs made necessary due to fire, water, spillage, storm, burglary, power line fluctuations, accident, negligence, or abuse. Any repair resulting from such causes or events will be subject to standard depot warranty charges.

Annual warranty options

$299 – PLATINUM

    1 YEAR EXPANDED HOT SWAP WARRANTY (NOT AVAILABLE WITHOUT DVR POWER SOLUTION)

  • Unlimited Help Desk
  • Remote Training and Set up Support
  • Gulfcoast Remote HUB Software (Does not Include Set-Up and Support)
  • Software Upgrades and Diagnostics Support provided for Server.
  • Connectivity and Diagnostic Support for all connected peripherals including cameras and other data generating devices.
  • Replacement Server shall be dispatched same day providing notification is received and failure is determined prior to 2pm EST.
  • After 4 years if parts are not readily available or incompatible, parts are billable or a $1000 new server pro-rated discount may be applied.
  • Replacement Server may be factory refurbished current configuration or new at the discretion of Gulfcoast.
  • On-site service available at $95 per hour
  • Customer is responsible for freight and installation.
  • Upgrade to Platinum Plus – $100.00 Additional. Includes Health Monitor and Server Status scan daily by Gulfcoast Software Professionals
